Our brain becomes so overloaded and distracted it’s hard to rest, recharge and focus. The children will learn like little neurologists the different parts of the brains and nervous systems and how to use tools from yoga and meditation to keep the nervous system in good health away from stress.

The camp will use kid friendly tools like stories, chants, songs, games, cooking and art along with many yoga poses.
