Adding a Game Challenge

Mix the game- hold the ping pong ball with a spoon and try fierce pose (Utkatasana/ or as some call it chair pose). This will hold ur spine up! Stillness is not easy for most kids while doing kids yoga because most of them learn through movement and this gets them to be still. No choice or the ball will fall. All you need its a spoon and a ping pong ball.
