🥥 Coconut yoghurt, 🍫 dark chocolate and 🥜 organic peanut butter with a little vanilla essence makes for a wonderful treat for little yogis who want to eat healthier. During class we discussed what sugar does to our bones, brain, teeth and tummy. So we trying to make better food choices! One of the things I didn’t know myself until recently is that sugar increases leptin resistance which means we don’t know when to stop 🛑 eating.
