Standing on our hands/ handstands

Hand stands can also be standing on our hands, lengthening the spine, calming the nervous system, head under heart for blood flow to brain, stretching the hamstrings and giving your wrists a nice massage. In the yoga story today we looked at how one thing can be seen from so many different perspectives… it helps us become more empathetic, build EQ and IQ!
