Even @u2 are singing about it. The kids are learning one sanskrit yoga word per day and a new mantra for the term. Todays sanskrit word was ahimsa/ अहिंसा which means non violence and kindness. We discussed non violence to ourselves/ our own thoughts/ friends, parents, teachers, Mother Earth!
Our poses were all those that brought the head under the heart, this was part of the learning that poses as such can help us to feel more ahimsa for ourselves!
