Taking care of our bones

If we don’t move enough during our early years (before 20) we have higher risks in our later years for osteoporosis. Movement is so good at any age. In the kids yoga class recently we have been talking about dem bones. A self caring healthy body and mind starts with knowing the body and mind. Presenting the kids bone art work!
