Simple but so good

🧘‍♂️ Take a moment to do this pose that might not look like anything Instagram able but is so good! As we age our digestion slows down and our knees weaken. #suptapadmasana #supinelotuspose directs blood flow to the abdomen and improves digestion. It also opens the hips which helps our knees and ankles too. For the children this is mostly restful, for some adults (including myself) its painful at first but gets easier everytime.

Another great thing is our spine gets aligned.
