I’m on my knees! 😊


We all take for granted the things that empower us, like walking 🚶‍♂️ jumping, hiking 🥾, trekking, running, playing sports ⚽️ etc.

All this happens when we have healthy knees which inevitable with age don’t remain so healthy unless we take part in exercise thats low intensity which means it keeps our heart rate up while minimizing stress on our joints such as knee joint. Yoga improves the lives of those with knee pain while improving mobility, physical fitness joint pain. The kids in summer camp explored their knee mobility, have you? Try out a lotus pose and move into a cowherd pose if there’s no pain. If there’s pain there are lots of poses to first strengthen the area.
