Yoga for the 🦶🏽

Why?

Coz they bare so much of our weight and it’s so important for them to be able to flex and extend so they healthy. Here’s a challenge I personally struggle with but practice. Curl the toes and sit in #vajrasana #thunderboltpose . The kids did this as a two minute challenge 👣!
